Step 2: Complete the form and return with all required documents and payment to our ZSAREF office.
Program Fee
I. Workshops: $2300 (*Note 1)
II. Internship : $1600 (*Note 2)
III. Certification (examination fee): $200 (*Note 3)
Note 1:
The fee covers both Week 1 and Week 2.
Note 2:
This fee does not include airfare, hotel, meals, and any travel expenses.
Note 3:
This fee is to be paid separately when applying for certification.

IMPORTANT POLICY CHANGES
Please note the following changes in our policies effective Jan 10, 2006:
- All modules are mandatory. An applicant must make a commitment right from the beginning to complete the whole program. No partial or selective participation is accepted.
- Consequent to our consolidation of courses, a person who has not yet graduated from TCM or western medical college or whose acupuncture license is still pending, will not be admitted to our Program (not even Module 1) until the license is obtained.
- When you enroll in our Certification Program, you automatically become a ZSAREF Professional member and will be issued a Membership Card that allows you to participate in our classes, and to receive discounts when purchasing needles and books. A membership due is included in the package fee.
- Upon completion of the Program and success in passing our examinations, you will receive a Diploma and a title of "Certified Scalp Acupuncture Specialist (CSAS)". Every 2 years you have to pay a fee of $150 as well as take a refresher course (min 20 hours) from ZSAREF, to maintain the status and benefits of accreditation.
- For continuing students, please register before the posted deadlines, otherwise there is a late fee of $20 for each module and $100 for the internship.
- All fees are final and non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class due to unforeseen circumstance, you may apply your payment to a future class. However, ZSAREF is not obliged to hold the same class in the future.
- Classes are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met. Please do not make travel arrangement before a class is confirmed to take place. ZSAREF is not responsible for any loss other than your tuition fee.
